Bei der kontinuierlichen Nachsorge kontrolliert der<strong> Zahnarzt <\/strong>mit bildgebenden<strong> Verfahren<\/strong>, wie der Status der Einheilung und des <strong>Wurzelwachstums<\/strong> ist. Ein verl\u00e4sslicher Hinweis auf einen positiven Verlauf ist ein Anstieg der Pulpa-Substanz.<\/p>\n\n<h3>\n\tWelche Risiken bestehen?<\/h3>\n\n<p>\n\tIn seltenen F\u00e4llen treten <strong>Komplikationen <\/strong>auf. Die Funktionalit\u00e4t und Belastbarkeit sind bald wieder gegeben. Nach der abgeschlossenen Einheilung kann sogar eine <strong>kieferorthop\u00e4dische Behandlung <\/strong>mit einer Zahnspange oder eine \u00dcberkronung durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n\n<h2>\n\tAutogene Zahntransplantation oder k\u00fcnstliches Implantat?<\/h2>\n\n<p>\n\tDas k\u00f6rpereigene Zahnmaterial ist meist vertr\u00e4glicher und g\u00fcnstiger f\u00fcr den <strong>Patienten<\/strong>, da die Produktionskosten f\u00fcr k\u00fcnstlichen <strong>Zahnersatz<\/strong> wegfallen. Zudem ist die <strong>Zahntransplantation<\/strong> eine langfristige L\u00f6sung. Eine <strong>Transplantation<\/strong> der eigenen <strong>Z\u00e4hne <\/strong>ist vor allem f\u00fcr j\u00fcngere <strong>Patienten<\/strong> die erste Wahl.
